A low risk option, clients can choose when they want to download the entire project to SARASOFT. In this model, SARASOFT will designate a project team with the required infrastructure and equipment to execute the project. Client would pay the monthly charges based on the size and composition (skill Sets) of the project team. Most of our services are delivered through this business model.
Fixed-Bid: that offers software development service, where scope is very clearly defined.
Risk & Reward: that offers product development services
Cost + Fixed Bid: that offers requirement study, business modeling, scope definition and development services

Our processes are tuned to ensure that our customers have complete information on the progress of respective projects and also have a control over the process of development. We have thorough reporting process, part of our Off-Shore model for relationship, which shall give control and comfort to the customer, in light of doing an offshore development.
