Sarasoft developed www.narmadainternational.com in Dec.2000. At that time this site was developed on Microsoft platform using ASP as the server side language working on IIS Web server on Windows NT 4.0 as the operating system. But after a year the whole site was ported to UNIX operating system running apache web servers and Sun Microsystems's Chilisoft ASP as the server side language. The Client being a renowned carpet exporter from India has shown apprehensions for the security of the web related work on Microsoft platform and required more reliable web solution.
